Which are the delivery timelines?

 

Although a few items may be readily available in stock, our unique products are made to order or custom made, often by hand by master artisans and manufacturers specifically for you.

 

Manufacturing and delivery timelines may vary from product to product. Based on your preferred delivery address, we will be able to offer personalized shipping solutions to best suit your needs.

 

Production and manufacturing times and/ or estimates are shown on each product page. You can also inquire, before finalizing an order, by contacting our Concierge Team 

 

How can I make payments?

 

For your convenience and to offer you the best and the most satisfying shopping experience, we allow payments through a number of online and offline secure gateways.

 

 

PAYPAL - PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including PayPal balance, bank account, PayPal branded debit and credit cards, PayPal Credit, debit card, and credit card. 

 

CREDIT CARD / STRIPE - We accept all major credit and debit cards through STRIPE, our secure payment gateway.

 

ALIPAY 支付宝 - Alipay is our third-party mobile payment platform allowing secure payment gateway dedicated to our valued Customers in China.

 

WIRE/ BANK TRANSFER - We equally provide payment facility by bank transfer. Please note that when paying through Wire/ Bank Transfer, your order will be processed only when the amount is reflected in our bank account.

Yes, we deliver worldwide and we equally provide bespoke and express shipment to best suit your needs. Affluency partners with delivery companies proficient in handling fine art logistics the world over. Our Concierge will support your requirements every step of the way.

Can I receive a quote before placing an order?

 

Yes, you can request a precise quote to our Concierge Team. In each product's page, you will find a "Request a Quote or Customization" button which will allow you to inquire about personalized quotations, worldwide shipment, special delivery needs or bespoke & personalized solutions.

 

Can your products be customised?

 

Depending on our manufacturers and designers, we can usually offer complete customization of existing products or even design/ source for you bespoke pieces to best suit your taste, style and needs. Please get in touch with our Concierge  to discuss your requirements.

 

Do you offer private styling & bespoke sourcing?

 

Our team of interior designers, home stylists and design curators can help you find the perfect design furniture & home décor pieces for your home. From private styling to personalized sourcing, from custom-made pieces to access to the very best & exclusive designers, we can make your design dream come true.

 

Are there extra fees for private styling or design consultation?

 

No. At Affluency we believe in a 100% transparent and professional service. When you shop from Affluency, you get your design products at no hidden or extra cost whatsoever. We will only charge you for the products you buy and eventually shipment and duties costs.  Our Concierge bespoke and personalized design consultation is free of charges and tailored to your styling needs.
Our Concierge will always discuss and agree with you upon a precise quote before finalizing and proceeding with your order. 

 

Can I schedule the delivery as per my convenience?

 

Yes, when an order is getting ready to be delivered to your preferred address, our Concierge team will notify and get in touch with you in order to arrange for last mile delivery.

 

What if I want to buy bulky item or a large set of products?

 

Most of our products do not require specialized assembly or installation besides unpacking and fitting into your place. In the event of bulky items or large orders, our Team will take extra measures to ensure you a great experience. Large items such as Sofas, Dining Tables or fragile products like Chandeliers requires special care during transportation and final installation. A Concierge may contact you to make sure there are no blockers or barriers to access your premise.
