We will only charge you for the products you buy and eventually shipment and duties costs. Yes, when an order is getting ready to be delivered to your preferred address, our Concierge team will notify and get in touch with you in order to arrange for last mile delivery.
Most of our products do not require specialized assembly or installation besides unpacking and fitting into your place. In the event of bulky items or large orders, our Team will take extra measures to ensure you a great experience. Large items such as Sofas, Dining Tables or fragile products like Chandeliers requires special care during transportation and final installation. A Concierge may contact you to make sure there are no blockers or barriers to access your premise.
