Inspiration
Maxime is a lover of pure and sculptural aesthetics, but his contemporary creations are nevertheless ‘conscious’ of the past. His furniture collections stand out thanks to a thorough consideration of the close relationship that shape and material foster. Seeking authenticity, the furniture that he designs are created with genuine and noble materials by French craftsmen with traditional know-how. He simultaneously goes on designing interior spaces for private customers. Behind each design project hides a unique setting which is linked to the history of the place.

It is through his perspective as well as his way of designing that Maxime Boutillier is able to keep reinventing refined and elegant spaces where details are processed with the utmost care.
“Creation is the art of foretelling one’s past” is fast becoming Maxime’s motto.
